Viewpoint Style Guide
I developed a comprehensive style guide for Viewpoint, designing all UI components and defining typography, color, iconography, spacing, and behaviors while ensuring accessibility compliance. The guide established consistent interaction patterns and visual hierarchy, serving as a single source of truth for designers and developers and streamlining development across the platform.
Viewpoint eDiscovery
I redesigned the Viewpoint eDiscovery page to improve usability, consistency, and efficiency across document review workflows. This involved updating the layout, navigation, and visual hierarchy, while incorporating our new feature, AI-assisted "Enhanced Review." My design emphasized accessibility, streamlined interactions, and alignment with the new style guide, creating a cohesive, modern interface that bridges the gap between legacy workflows and the next-generation Web platform.
Viewpoint Legacy
I redesigned the Viewpoint Legacy applications to modernize the interface while preserving familiar workflows for existing users. This involved updating navigation, menus, and component styling to align with the new style guide, improving visual consistency and accessibility. The redesign focused on reducing friction in common tasks, clarifying workflows, and creating a smoother transition for users as features are gradually moved to the Web platform.
NYSDOL Branding
I was brought on to one of New York State’s largest agencies to lead a comprehensive, top-to-bottom rebrand. This included redesigning the agency’s extensive website for improved usability, developing templates for consistent literature and forms, establishing standards for social media and video content, updating physical signage, and creating a cohesive visual and interaction system across all digital and print touchpoints.
NYSDOL Seasonal Jobs Campaign
The Department of Labor seasonal jobs initiative was refocused to target youth audiences, requiring updates to messaging, digital platforms, and campaign materials. I redesigned layouts and interactions to be more accessible, engaging, and user-friendly, improving clarity and participation for younger users across web and mobile channels.
NYS Concourse Regional Highlights
As part of an initiative to promote tourism and activate the Concourse beneath the New York State Capitol Plaza, I was selected to design artwork representing New York State’s ten regions. Each two-sided pillar features curated facts and photos, and together they form a cohesive visual spectrum that spans the center of the main Concourse. The design balances informational clarity, visual engagement, and spatial experience, creating an interactive and immersive environment for visitors.
Women's Suffrage Girl Scout Patch
While working as a designer for the New York State Governor’s Office, I had the privilege of designing a commemorative Girl Scout patch celebrating the centennial of Women’s Suffrage in New York State. The design required balancing historical significance, visual clarity, and scale constraints to create a meaningful and recognizable emblem suitable for production and wear.
