Hello, I'm Elisabeth

My career spans more than 14 years in brand development, visual communications, marketing strategy, and user experience design, including eight years leading multidisciplinary teams. Each discipline has built on the last, broadening my perspective and refining how I approach creative challenges. My foundation in visual design shaped my understanding of how to communicate ideas effectively, while brand development and marketing strategy taught me to connect creative decisions to broader organizational goals. Creative direction brought these disciplines together, allowing me to guide projects from initial concept through execution while mentoring and supporting creative teams. My experience in user experience design added another dimension, deepening my understanding of audience needs, accessibility, and how people interact with information.

 

Through leadership, I've learned to recognize the unique strengths and experiences that each person brings to a project, encourage different perspectives, and build on ideas together. I believe the best ideas come from collaboration, and I strive to create an environment where people feel supported, creativity can thrive, and everyone takes pride in what they accomplish together.
